Predictable and Safe Sinus Augmentation
Sinus augmentation remains one of the most technique-sensitive yet indispensable procedures for predictable implant rehabilitation in the posterior maxilla. This presentation traces the evolution of sinus grafting approaches, with a focus on both crestal and lateral techniques supported by long-term follow-up data. Evidence-based protocols will be shared, highlighting the use of advanced biomaterials such as autologous tooth bone, CGF, and the ASAP technique. Specialized surgical kits designed to enhance safety, precision, and predictability will be demonstrated, alongside detailed step-by-step documentation of complex cases with up to ten years of follow-up. Participants will gain practical insights into optimizing treatment planning, minimizing complications, and achieving consistent, reproducible outcomes.
Restoratively Driven Implant Dentistry: Surgical–Prosthetic Interface
Implant dentistry is best approached as the seamless integration of surgery and prosthetics—two sides of the same coin. This session will highlight how meticulous prosthetic planning drives surgical execution, ensuring optimal esthetic, functional, and biological outcomes. By treating the surgical and restorative phases as inseparable, clinicians can improve precision, reduce complications, and deliver restorations that achieve long-term harmony between biological tissue health and mechanical stability. Real-world clinical cases will illustrate how restoratively driven protocols elevate predictability and patient satisfaction, reinforcing the principle that true implant success lies in the synergy of surgical and prosthetic disciplines.
Dr Irfan is also an ambassador and Diplomate ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists). He has a fellowship from WAUPS (World Academy of Ultrasonic and Piezoelectric Bone Surgery), Fellowship from IDIA (International Dental Implant Academy).
He is an examiner for implantology exams with the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in Scotland, UK. Dr Irfan Qureshi was awarded with the recognition of being among the World`s Top 100 Doctors in Dentistry by the Global Summit Institute in Los Angeles USA and in 2020 and in 2023 was awarded a Life Time Achievement award by the Global Summit Institute .
He is considered a pioneer and dynamic speaker and clinician in his home country of Pakistan where he lectures nationwide.
Dr Irfan has lectured world wide in USA, Germany, Romania, Thailand, Japan, Iraq, Vietnam and UAE and is known for his approach to excellence in clinical implantology.
